The problem

Launching is a hundred small pieces of copy. In the right order.

Launching on your own
  • You don't know what to write first, so the launch slips another week. Again.
  • Free prompt lists answer “what could I write?” They never answer “what do I write next, and why?”
  • Generic AI gives you “Excited to announce!” fluff that every community smells instantly.
  • Launch day arrives and the emails, the thread, and the Product Hunt copy are all still in your head.
Launching with the Kit
  • A 23-step sequence from positioning to first 100 customers, so you always know the next move.
  • Every step explains the strategy first, so you're making a move, not pasting a template.
  • Worked examples at every step show you what good output looks like before you run your own.
  • Edit checklists catch the fluff and the claims you can't back up, before your buyers do.

The Launch Kit

Not a prompt library. A sequence.

A library answers “what could I write?” The Kit answers “what do I write next, and why?” It runs 23 steps across 5 phases, each with the strategy in plain words, the fill-in-the-blank prompt, a worked example, and an edit checklist.

  1. 03 steps

    Position

Decide what you're selling, to whom, at what price, before writing a word of copy.

  2. 15 steps

    Build the page

Turn positioning into a landing page that makes a stranger get it in five seconds.

  3. 23 steps

    Arm the list

Set up the emails that catch and warm your earliest people before the traffic spikes.

  4. 37 steps

    Launch week

Product Hunt, Hacker News, Reddit, communities, DMs. Each in its native language.

  5. 45 steps

    First 100 customers

Turn launch attention into reviews, referrals, recovered almost-buyers, and momentum.

Every step gives you

  • 1Why this, why now: the strategy behind the step, in plain words
  • 2The prompt: fill in the blanks, paste into any modern AI
  • 3A worked example: one product runs through the entire kit, so you see what good looks like
  • 4The edit checklist: what to verify before it ships, because you write the truth

Why this exists

Built by an indie maker, mid-launch, for indie makers.

I'm zephi. I've shipped products and watched good ones go nowhere because the marketing never got written. The blank page always won. The Launch Kit is the system I use on my own launches, including this one: not a pile of prompts, but the sequence. What to write first, what good output looks like, and what to check before you ship it. No fluff, no subscription, just the path from 'built it' to 'people are buying it'.

FAQ

Questions, answered straight.

Who is this for?+

Indie makers, solopreneurs, and creators who built something and now have to launch and sell it, without a marketing background or budget for a copywriter. If you'd rather be building than writing copy, it's for you.

What's the difference between the Arsenal and the Launch Kit?+

The Arsenal is the library: 100 fill-in-the-blank prompts you reach for when you already know what to write. The Launch Kit is the system: 23 steps in launch order, each with the strategy explained, a worked example, and an edit checklist. The full Arsenal is included with the Kit. If you're launching something, get the Kit.

Why would I pay for this when free prompt lists exist?+

Because a list of 1,000 prompts doesn't tell you which one to run on a Tuesday, three weeks before launch, or what good output looks like, or what to cut before you ship it. The Kit sells the sequence and the judgment, not the prompts. (Honestly: if you just want raw prompts, the free lists are fine. That's why the sampler is free.)

I'm not a marketer. Will I actually be able to use this?+

That's the whole point. Every step is fill-in-the-blank: you replace the {placeholders} with your product details, paste into your AI, and get a real first draft back. The strategy is explained in plain words at each step, so you also learn why the move works.

How do I get it after I buy?+

Instant download right after checkout, no waiting for an email. You get everything as a PDF and a Notion doc, so you can use whichever fits how you work.

Which AI tools do the prompts work with?+

All of them. The prompts are written to work with Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, and any modern AI assistant. No special tool or subscription needed beyond the one you already use.

Can I use this for client work?+

Yes. Once you own it, use it on as many of your own products or client projects as you like. There's no seat limit. It's licensed for your use, not for repackaging or reselling the prompts or the kit themselves.

Is this a subscription?+

No. One-time purchase, free updates, yours forever.

Can I try it before I buy?+

Yes, that's what the free sampler is for: 10 real prompts from the Arsenal, one from every category, so you can test the format on your own product before spending a cent. And if anything's wrong with your order or download, email zephistudio@gmail.com and I'll sort it out.
